September 18, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #18 Title APPROVAL OF THE SCHOOL AFFILIATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT BETWEEN HCA HEALTH SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC., D/B/A, BLAKE MEDICAL CENTER AND SARASOTA COUNTY TECHNICAL INSTITUTE Description Whereas, Facility and School have entered into that certain School Affiliation Agreement dated January 1, 2012, which sets forth their respective rights, obligations and duties regarding the Affiliation - students enrolled in the Programs(the "Agreement") and whereas, Facility and School desire to amend the terms of the Agreement. Recommendation That the School Affiliation Agreement Amendment between HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc. d/b/a, Blake Medical Center and Sarasota County Technical Institute be approved.
